He holds a PhD in Public Diplomacy and International Relations. He holds Masters in Philosophy and Theology, a diploma as a Mediator in Diplomatic and Political Relations and International Conflicts from (AYM \u2013 UK), and Certificate in Labor Policies and Social Protection (ILO\/WB). Member of the Election Supervisory Authority (December 2025- \u2026). Senior International Fellow at the Asfari Institute for Civil Society and Citizenship at the American University of Beirut \u2013 November 2024. A researcher on the Palestinian Refugees in Lebanon and Peace Negotiations in the Middle East, on Syria Refugees, on Labor Policies and Social Protection. Steering Committee Advisory Member of the Lebanese \u2013 American Coordinating Committee (LACC), the Lebanese \u2013 French Coordinating Committee (LFCC\/CCLF), the Coordinating Committee of Lebanese - Canadians (CCLC) and the Lebanese \u2013 Swiss Coordinating Committee (LSCC). Expert \u2013 Member of the Political National Committee working on Palestinian Refugees\u2019 issue at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers \/ (UNDP) (October 2016 \u2013 March 2022). He was a Senior Policy Fellow at the Issam Fares Institute \u2013 IFI\/AUB (December 2019 - December 2020). Member of ACT Alliance Peace and Human Security Reference Group-Geneva (November 2019 \u2013 December 2020). Policy Advisor in Adyan Foundation (2017-2019). International Visitors Leadership Program Alumni (IVLP) \/USA \u2013 Department of State (2018 - \u2026). Senior National Policy and Communication Advisor to the Ministry of State for Displaced Affairs \/ (UNHCR) (February 2017 - January 2019). Coordinator of \"Better Lebanon Initiative\" (December 2016 - December 2020). Policies and Communication Advisor to the Middle East Council of Churches \u2013 MECC (Sept 2018 - Dec 2020). Member of the Strategic Committee at the Maronite Center for Documentation and Research - MCDR (Sept 2018 \u2013 Sept 2021). Policy and Communication Advisor for the President of the Lebanese \u2013 Palestinian Dialogue Committee in the Lebanese Presidency of the Council of Ministers \/ (UNDP) (2006 - 2009). He then was the Policy Advisor and Team Leader of Lebanese Minister of Labor (January 2010 - June 2011), and the National Policy Advisor to the International Labor Organization \u2013 (ILO) (September 2011 - June 2013). He was also a Strategies\u2019 Communication Advisor for the Middle East Council of Churches, the Syndicate of teachers in Lebanon and the Health Establishment of the Druze Community. He has specialized studies in the Palestinian Refugees issue in Lebanon, Lebanon National Security, Middle East Peace negotiations, Labor and social Protection issues, and Syria Displaced. He published several articles and lectures in Public Policies, as refugees, Christian \u2013 Muslim Dialogue, Religious Freedom, Arab thinking and Citizenship. Co-author of \u201cWe Choose Abundant Life: Christians in the Middle East: Towards Renewed Theological, Social, and Political Choices\u201d (2021) and \u201cOctober 17 Uprising: Squares and Testimonies\u201d (Arab Center for Research and Policy Study 2022). Co-author of \u201cM\u00e9diations et Migrations\u201d, (L\u2019Harmattan 2019), \u201cThe Religion Freedom with Civic Religious Dialogue in Lebanon\u201d, (Adyan Foundation \/ Dar Al Farabi 2017), \u201cProceedings of the National Conference: From Greater Lebanon 1920 to Lebanon the Message 2020\u201d, (Adyan Foundation 2018).
