Michel Bayoud is the founder emeritus of “Boecker World Holding” the mother company of Boecker group of companies across the Middle East. M. Bayoud is also an Associate to the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, UK and an Advisory Board member to the Institute of Food Safety Integrity and Protection (TiFSiP), UK. As an Agriculture Engineer graduate of the American University of Beirut (1992) M. Bayoud has carried Boecker from Lebanon where it first started in 1994 to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Jordan, and Nigeria providing World Class services in Pest Management, Food Safety and Professional Disinfecting. M. Bayoud holds a diploma in Advanced Food Hygiene (with Honors) from the Royal Institute of Public Health, UK (2004) and is a Certified Trainer from the CIEH, UK (2004). M. Bayoud is actively involved in the Pest Management and Food Safety sectors and is a well-known speaker and lecturer at several industry events like PestWorld East as well as in prominent universities like the American University of Beirut (AUB), Université St. Esprit Kaslik (USEK), and Université St. Joseph (USJ). M. Bayoud sits as the Chairman of the Advisory Board to the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences at the American University of Beirut and the Chairman of the American University of Beirut Laboratories for the Environment, Agriculture and Food services. Elected Counsel Member of the WAAAUB (2010-2016) and is the Chairman of ABCAR (Aids Business Coalition in the Arab Region; an NGO founded by the ILO & UNDP – 2005 – present). Board Member of the Rebirth Beirut NGO (since 2022) M. Bayoud was chosen as the Man of the Year in 2012 by the Arab Leadership Award under the league of Arab Nations Counsel in Dubai and chairs several non-profit organizations carrying environmental and development issues.
